I've reached that time of year that I usually dread.
After a few days of serious blah-ness, I'll ask myself, "What's wrong with me?" and then I remember... it's the end of January.
Seasonal Affective Disorder is a real thing.
For some reason, remembering this happens every year makes me feel a little bit like it's not me.
And then I remember there are herbs to support this time of year!
Herbs that brighten our moods, herbs that are antidepressants, herbs that help us to process what we're going through and aromatic herbs that calmour nervous systems and call us to the present moment.
Thank goodness.
I'm craving sunshine and beaches and warmth on my skin. And I can't fly to Costa Rica right now...
So, I'm bringing the beach to us with a side of antidepressant herbs!
Last week was an internal preparation with Rosemary Oxymel, this week is an external preparation that stimulates hair growth, nourishes each strand and uplifts our spirits at the same time.
